(a) For the purpose of this section, "family member(s)" shall include spouse, parents, step-parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, and siblings.
(b) Family members, as defined in section (a) hereof, are prohibited from working in the same Department within the City in any full-time or part-time capacity.
(c) Any employee defined as a "family member" who is employed by the City of Twinsburg on the effective date of this section shall be exempt from its provisions unless that employee leaves the employment of the City.
