1203.17 RECORDING OF THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT.

No later than fourteen (14) days after execution of a Development Agreement, the City shall cause it to be recorded at the Summit County Auditor's office. Said Agreement and the burdens of the Development Agreement shall be binding upon, and the benefits of the Agreement shall inure to, all successors in interest to the parties to the Agreement.
