   1197.03 SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS.
   All applications for Zoning Certificates shall be submitted to the Building Commissioner who may issue zoning certificates when all applicable provisions of this Code have been complied with. (Ord. 173-2000. Passed 12-17-00.)
