1197.01 BUILDING COMMISSIONER.

A Building Commissioner shall be employed to act as the administrative officer for the purpose of effective proper administration of these development regulations. The term of employment, rate of compensation and other such conditions shall be set as of ordinance by Council. For the purpose of affecting this Code, the Building Commissioner shall have the powers of a Police Officer.
