1187.35 REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS.
   Improvements which are hereby required shall be designed, furnished and installed by the subdivider in accordance with the provisions of these regulations and other regulations of the State and County.
   (a)   The improvement plan shall be approved by the Engineer.
   (b)   The Engineer shall set the estimated cost for financial guarantees.
   (c)   Appropriate financial guarantees and construction agreement, as approved by the Engineer and Law Director, shall be submitted with the final plat for approval by Planning Commission and Council.
   (d)   No improvements shall be installed until all required documents, agreements, plans, drawings, and plats required in these regulations are approved as provided, and until the Mayor gives written confirmation of same to the developer.
   (e)   The subdivider shall provide and install, within the proposed subdivision, improvements not less than set forth in Table 1.
