   1187.33 SETBACK; RAILROAD TRACKS.
   (a)   This section is adopted for the purpose of controlling development along existing railroad tracks.
   (b)   Subdivision of land along existing tracks shall have minimum rear yard setback of 200 feet from centerline of the nearest track to the closest point of the home.
