Street trees within the right of way shall be provided as required in the improvement schedule and as indicated below:
Trees required by this section shall be installed by the City at the cost of the Developer. Funds for the installation of trees shall be deposited with the City after approval of the final plat and before commencement of the project. The amount deposited by the Developer shall be the City's cost for all required trees plus twenty-five percent (25%) for installation.
