(a) A developer shall provide for the installation of street signs such as, but not limited to, stop signs; no parking signs; and speed signs. The street signs shall conform to the specifications of the Municipality, and the developer shall pay the Municipality to install such signs at all intersecting streets in the subdivision.
(b) The developer shall designate a primary entry into the subdivision. A sign which conforms with the signage regulations of the City shall be provided at this entry on property to be designated as common property. The signage area shall be appropriately landscaped by the developer and shall be permanently maintained by the homeowner association.
