The subdivider shall install and pay for all street lighting facilities underground, including poles, fixtures, and all connection costs, all of which shall be done in accordance with Design Manual of the City of Twinsburg and applicable franchise agreement with the Ohio Edison Company. The subdivider shall pay directly to Ohio Edison or shall promptly reimburse the City of Twinsburg for all charges related to the connection of street light service including charges for service tap in or start up. Upon acceptance of dedication of street right-of-way, such underground lighting facilities shall become the property of the Ohio Edison Company and shall be repaired and maintained by them. There shall be no waiver of this requirement unless such modifications shall have been first considered and approved by the Planning Commission.
