(a) If the Commission, after consideration of the recommendation of the Engineer or his authorized representative is satisfied that the proposed division is not contrary to the applicable platting, subdividing, or zoning regulations it shall approve such proposed division and provide the applicant and Mayor with a written notice of this action. Approved Planning Commission minutes shall serve as written notice. On presentation of an instrument of conveyance of said parcel, the Mayor or his authorized representa-tive shall stamp the same "Approved, No Plat Required" and sign and date it.
(b) However, if the Commission does not approve the proposed division then it shall notify the applicant in writing, stating that the proposed division has been disapproved and the reasons therefore.
(c) Notice of approval or disapproval shall be provided to the applicant within seven (7) working days of the action taken by the Planning Commission.
