Upon the submission of a proposed division of property and an application therefore to the Planning Commission, the Commission, upon the recommendation of the Engineer or his authorized representative, shall classify the proposed division as a major subdivision, a minor subdivision, or as exempt from the provisions of Section 711.001 (B) of the Ohio Revised Code, and shall review it in accordance with these regulations and Chapter 711 of the Ohio Revised Code.
