1178.11 PARKLAND ACQUISITION FUND.

All fees paid by a developer in lieu of dedication of park and open space land shall be paid to the City of Twinsburg and upon receipt shall be deposited in a separate interest bearing account kept specifically for public park and open space funding purposes.
