1178.03 APPLICABILITY.

(a) All residential subdivisions of land shall provide for open space and recreational areas for the benefit of existing and future residents of the subdivision.

(b) Residential subdivisions of less than five lots shall be considered de minis as shall individual in-fill development, and therefore not subject to the requirements of this Chapter.
