An area zoned PUD and comprising two hundred (200) contiguous acres or more may be granted a Conditional Use Permit for "PUD" (Planned Unit Development) use in accordance with the procedures and standards for such permit established by this Ordinance. Any subdivision or allocation of land also shall be subject to the City Subdivision Regulations. The granting of such permit is dependent upon conformance of the proposed development with the standards and procedures prescribed in this Chapter and those for Conditional Uses and conformance with City Subdivision Regulations.
