No outside storage of materials or equipment shall be permitted in residential districts unless under cover of a structure permitted by this Ordinance. In industrial districts, outside storage of materials and equipment not under cover of structures permitted by this regulation is also not permitted unless authorized by issuance of a Conditional Use Permit or otherwise permitted in this Ordinance. For purpose of this section, "storage" shall mean the maintenance of a location containing various items overnight.
