1153.05 PRIVATE SWIMMING POOLS.

Private swimming pools in excess of twenty-four inches (24") depth constructed either in the ground or above the ground, shall be permitted as accessory to a dwelling, provided the pool and its surrounding structure shall be located in the side or rear yard not less than ten feet (10') from any lot line. (Ord. 72-2008. Passed 11-4-08.)
