Helistops, as defined and regulated by other regulatory enactments of this Council under the Business Regulation Code be and the same shall be permitted through the conditional use process described in Chapter 1151 in C-3, C-4, I-1, I-2, I-3 and P.F. Districts provided that the area in such use shall be no closer than three hundred feet (300) from any residence or dwelling in an (R) district and that all the provisions of the Business Chapter are complied with.
