1144.15 BUILDING PERMITS.

Following the rezoning of the cluster development area to R-5, approval of the cluster area site plan by Planning Commission, Council, City Engineer, Fire Chief, Police Chief and approval of building plans by the Building Department and Architectural Review Board, building and other permits may be issued upon payment of the required fees.
