1144.09 PARKING.

Two enclosed off-street parking spaces shall be provided for each dwelling unit in a single family cluster development. Additional guest off-street parking areas shall be required by the Planning Commission within a cluster area if it determines that such additional parking is necessary to adequately serve the needs of the cluster area.
