The City of Twinsburg Zoning Code is adopted for the purposes of improving and protecting the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the City; for the purposes of maintaining and enhancing the quality of life within the City; and for the purposes of preserving and enhancing environmental quality. These purposes are addressed in this Zoning Code by provisions designed to assure compatibility of uses and practices within districts; by facilitating the economic provision of public utilities and services; by providing adequate public streets, roads and highways necessary to lessen congestion; by providing for the administration and enforcement of this Ordinance including the provision of penalties for its violation; the provision for sharing of development costs; and by provisions for other purposes stipulated in this Ordinance, the Ohio Revised Code, and under common law rulings.
