919.03 RECYCLABLES DEFINED
    "Recyclables" for the purpose of municipal collection means those materials that can be collected and processed into new products. Recyclable materials include, but are not limited to: glass, paper, metal, plastic, textiles, electronics, oils, anti-freeze fluid, and cardboard.
   (a)   Plastics containing the recycle logo and a number between 1 and 7. Items included in this classification are soda bottles, salad dressing bottles, milk and water jugs, laundry and cleaning product containers and shampoo bottles.
   (b)   Glass (all colors) includes juice, soda and water bottles, beer and wine bottles, food jars.
   (c)   Metal includes tin food cans, aluminum and steel beverage cans, aluminum foil, and pie pans.
   (d)   Newspaper/Cardboard includes all newspapers and color inserts, corrugated cardboard, drink boxes, milk and juice boxes, food boxes, junk mail, and magazines.
   Excluded Items:
   Plastic bags, plastic containers used for motor oil, automotive parts, paint, solvents, lawn care products and chemicals, drinking glasses, dishes, mirrors or window glass, light bulbs, broken glass, cans used for chemicals or paint, appliances, tools, batteries, hangers, aerosol spray cans, books, phone books, paper products containing food products (example: pizza boxes).
