195.06 PAYBACK PROVISION.

Should an owner/business receiving benefits through a TOP agreement move from the City of Twinsburg during the term of the agreement and fail to meet its obligations under the terms of the agreement, the owner/business shall be required to reimburse the City an amount equal to the benefit received.
