Twinsburg Occupancy Program provides a monetary grant to certain categories of businesses currently existing within the City, expanding within the City, or locating to the City from other locations which meet the minimum eligibility criteria established herein. The grant is an annual payment from the City's non-tax revenues equal to a portion of the income tax paid as a result of new or retained employment.
