Prior to the issuance of each permit, the applicant shall furnish the make, model and serial number of the vehicles to be used and the name, address and telephone number of the owner and operator(s) employed. Each applicant shall pay the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) for such permit, which shall entitle the applicant to one City permit decal. Additional decals shall be purchased at the cost of one dollar ($1.00) per decal. A permit decal shall be required for each vehicle used by the applicant in the City.
