Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter for which a specific penalty is not otherwise stated shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition to the penalties set forth herein, the license for the Sweepstakes/Internet Cafe shall be permanently revoked. (Ord. 89-2010. Passed 8-24-10.)
