1343.15 SCWD AGREEMENT.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to negotiate an agreement with the Summit SCWD on behalf of the City to ensure the Summit SCWD performs it duties in accordance with this Chapter. City Council’s authorization is required prior to the execution or amendment of such agreement.
