1343.14 APPEALS.

Any person aggrieved by any order, requirement, determination, or any other action or inaction by the City of Twinsburg or SCWD in relation to this Chapter may appeal to the Board of Zoning Appeals. The aggrieved party may appeal the decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals to the Court of Common Pleas. Written notice of appeal shall be served on Summit County and a copy shall be provided to the City of Twinsburg and the Summit SWCD.
