1343.11 BOND.

If a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan is required by this Chapter, then a performance and maintenance bond shall be posted according to the City of Twinsburg Subdivision Regulations. No project will be released from Bond if there is failure to comply with an approved SWP3.
