All existing sexually oriented businesses and sexually oriented business employees are hereby granted a De Facto Temporary License to continue operation or employment for a period of ninety (90) days following the effective date of this chapter. By the end of said ninety (90) days, all sexually oriented businesses and sexually oriented business employees must conform to and abide by the requirements of this chapter, except that all existing sexually oriented businesses and sexually oriented business employee must abide by and shall be immediately subject to Sections 759.07, 759.13 and 759.18 as of the effective date of this chapter.
