351.15 PARKING FOR SPECIAL EVENTS.

Upon written application to the Chief of Police, the Chief of Police may authorize, for a period as determined by the Chief, temporary suspension of enforcement of parking regulations other than those pertaining to fire lanes and handicapped parking.
