(a) No person shall sell ephedrine or ephedrine products, pseudoephedrine or psedoephedrine products, or phenylpropanolamine or phenylpropanolamine products unless such products are kept “behind the counter” and supplied to the customer only upon request by a pharmacist, pharmacy technician, sales clerk or other retail distributor employee.
(b) No person shall sell ephedrine or ephedrine products, pseudoephedrine or pseudoephedrine products, or phenylpropnolamine or phenylpropanolamine products to any customer in an amount greater than for personal use in a face-to-face transaction.
(c) All persons shall report all thefts and losses of ephedrine or ephedrine products, pseudoephedrine or pseudoephedrine products, phenylpropanolamine or phenylpropanolamine products immediately to a law enforcement officer.
