(a) The audio/visual recording system installed in Council Chambers of Twinsburg City Hall shall be activated and utilized to record all meetings of Municipal Bodies as the same are defined in Chapter 107 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Twinsburg.
(b) The administration of the City of Twinsburg may utilize said system to record such additional meetings and events as it deems appropriate consistent with the purpose of this section and the laws of the State of Ohio and City of Twinsburg.
(c) Council may, by motion, utilize said system to record such additional meetings and events as it deems appropriate consistent with the purpose of this section and the laws of the State of Ohio and City of Twinsburg.
(d) Exceptions to the standards and procedures established herein may be authorized by a majority of Council for good cause shown and in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio and City of Twinsburg as they pertain to public meetings and open records.
