Whoever fails to obtain an Excavation Site Safety Permit when required shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Whoever fails to obey a stop work order issued by the City of Twinsburg, in addition to any other penalties therefore under State or Federal regulations, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day of failure to comply with a stop work order shall increase the degree of the offense; violation for a second day shall be a misdemeanor of the third degree; violation for the third day shall be a misdemeanor of the second degree; violation for a fourth day and any subsequent day shall be a misdemeanor of the first degree.
