(a) No building or land shall hereafter be used for any of the uses set out in Section 1354.02 if the proposed location is less than five hundred feet from the center line of Darrow Road (S.R. 91), Ravenna Road, S.R. 82 or less than five hundred feet of property adjoining 1480; or
(b) No building or land shall hereafter be used for any of the uses set out in Section 1354.02 if the boundaries of the site of the proposed location are within 1,000 feet, in any direction, of any of the following, regardless of the location of any of the following inside or outside the City of Twinsburg:
(1) The boundaries of any residentially zoned district; or
(2) The boundaries of any public facilities district except a cemetery.
(3) The boundaries of one or more already existing regulated uses pursuant to this chapter or any previous chapter regulating same or similar uses.
(4) The boundaries of a church, synagogue, mosque, temple or building, which is used primarily for religious worship and related religious activities.
(5) The boundaries of a public or private educational facility, including but not limited to, child day care facilities, nursery schools, intermediate schools, junior high schools, high schools, vocational schools, secondary schools, continuing education schools, special education schools, junior colleges and universities.
(6) The boundaries of a public park or recreational area which has been designated for park or recreational activities, including but not limited to, a park, playground, nature trails, swimming pool, reservoir, athletic fields, basketball or tennis courts, pedestrian/bicycle paths, wilderness areas, or other similar public land.
