(a) Initial Employment Provisions. All full-time employees who will become bargaining unit members after they have served their probationary period shall be eligible for all holidays, personal days and workweek scheduling in the same manner as the bargaining unit employees in that department.
(b) The Communications Supervisor in the Police Department shall receive Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) compensation of $.25/hour.
(c) Certain designated employees (restaurant servers and bartenders) are authorized to receive tips from customers of the restaurant as part of their authorized compensation package only when such tips are received while the employee is performing direct customer food-service functions such as waiting tables, tending bar, working the concession counter.
