1503.01 OPEN BURNING REGULATED.

No person shall cause or allow open burning except as provided by Ohio R.C. Chapter 3704. Ohio R.C. Chapter 3704 is hereby adopted by this reference to regulate all open burning within the corporate limits of this City.
