1501.13 OBSTRUCTION OF FIRE HYDRANTS PROHIBITED.

No person shall cause or allow any fence, post, vehicle, vegetation or other material to be placed in such manner as to prevent any from being immediately usable and discernible or in a manner to deter or delay the fire department in gaining immediate access to any hydrant.
