(a) At the request of the owner of property or his agent, the City shall issue a letter or other written document signed and dated by the Housing and Zoning Inspector stating that violations listed on a specific exterior inspection correction order have been completed to the City’s satisfaction, when, in fact, all such violations have been corrected.
(b) At the request of the owner of property or his agent the City may issue a letter or other written document signed and dated by the Housing and Zoning Inspector stating that some, but not all, of the violations listed on a specific exterior inspection correction order have been completed to the City's satisfaction.
