1347.10 EXCEPTIONS AND VARIANCES.

(a) The City Engineer may make exceptions to the regulations in this chapter in order to protect and improve the selected trees in the City. The City Engineer may issue tree removal permits, if required, without a Tree Preservation Plan if such tree removal is not contrary to the spirit of the chapter and is deemed an emergency or hardship.

(b) Any disapproval of the Commission, Council, City Engineer or other administrative official in the administration of this chapter can be appealed to the Board of Zoning Appeals.
