Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree subject to a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or imprisonment of not more than six months, or both. Each instance of violation shall constitute a separate offense. In the event the offending party is an organization, as defined in Section 501.11 of the General Offenses Code, both the organization and its president, partners or sole proprietor may be prosecuted for the violations or offenses.
