The Chief Building and Zoning Inspector of the City or his authorized representative shall have access to all work performed by and materials used by registered contractors for the purpose of inspection as work progresses and the Chief Building and Zoning Inspector or his authorized representative shall have the authority to approve, reject or issue a stop order as to any work performed or materials used which are not in compliance with all applicable codes and/or regulations.
