The certificate of registration may be revoked at any time by the Building and Zoning Inspector for violation of the Building Code or ordinances or other laws or rules or regulations of the City, or for other cause which in the opinion of the Inspector justifies such action, including but not limited to the following:
(a) Misrepresentation of a material fact by the applicant in obtaining a Certificate of Registration;
(b) Improper use of a Certificate of Registration;
(c) Faulty and/or defective workmanship or workmanship not in compliance with applicable codes and regulations;
(d) Deviation from plans and specifications filed with the City;
(e) Noncompliance with or violation of any provision or regulation of the Building or Zoning Codes of the City of Twinsburg, rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, and any other applicable law, rule or regulation of the United States or the State of Ohio.
