The Architectural Review Board shall not accept or approve any application, plans or specifications unless and until the application therefor is accompanied by a fee in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each major building or construction undertaken, and ten dollars ($10.00) for each subsidiary building or addition to a residence, payable to the Municipality. No fee shall be charged to those applicants who qualify as being exempt under Ohio R.C. Chapter 5709. However, these applicants shall still be required to obtain Board approval in conformity with Chapter 1321.
The application fee shall be in addition to any other fees required for permits or otherwise, and such application fee shall not be refunded, returned, transferred from one applicant to another or assigned by one applicant to another.
