The Building Commissioner shall cause examination to be made of every application for a permit, and issue no permit for any of the above purposes, except after approval of such application by the Architectural Review Board, and in conformity with the plans, statements and other documents required by the Zoning Code, Building Code, Electrical Code and any other code or ordinance applicable thereto.
