In the event the Review Board should consider and recommend approval of the issuance of a building permit as to any commercial, industrial, public, or multi-family (including condominiums and apartments) building or structure, such recommendation, permit application, and all final plans and related materials required by the Board from the applicant shall be submitted to Council for review and final approval before the requested building permit shall be issued.
The noted final plans shall show, at least, the following: storm sewers, sanitary sewers, location of all buildings, fences, water storage tanks, signs, lighting installations, landscaping areas, provision for off-street parking, formula as set forth in the Zoning Code, unloading areas; the arrangement of internal and in-and-out traffic flows, curbings, sidewalks and streets.
