(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the Municipality, the Ohio Building Code (OBC) as adopted by the Board of Building Standards, Department of Commerce, effective January 1, 2002, an as published in Division 4101:2-1-3 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC).
(b) The International Building Code (2000) edition as amended by Sections 4101:2- 1 to 4101:2-69 of the Ohio Administrative Code, as published by the International Code Council Inc., are incorporated herein as fully as if set out at length.
