All permanent buildings in and upon the streets and shopping center driveways and parking areas within the City shall be numbered. The numbers shall be placed on the building, mailbox and along curbside. The numbers shall be plainly printed, stamped, or painted upon the building, mailbox, and along curbside. These numbers shall contrast with their background. Numbers shall be between 3 inches to 4 inches in height with a minimum stroke width of 0.5 inch.
