905.03 STATE HIGHWAY ACCESS MANAGEMENT MANUAL.

The State Highway Access Management Manual as adopted by District 4 of the Ohio Department of Transportation on September 15, 1998, as said Access Manual may be updated is hereby adopted for reference purposes only as it pertains to access to State highways within the City of Twinsburg.
