901.06 DEPOSITING REMOVED MATERIAL.

In removing pavement or other material from streets, alleys, sidewalks or public grounds, for any purpose whatever, the material dug up must be deposited in such manner as to guard against inconvenience to the public by obstructing streets, alleys or sidewalks.
