The following bonds shall accompany an application for a permit hereunder:
(a) Cash deposit or bond in an amount to be determined by the Building Commissioner.
(b) The Building Commissioner shall have the authority to require an applicant hereunder to provide liability insurance policy to protect and save harmless the Municipality from all claims for damages or injury to other persons by reason of such alteration work.
